At Inscribe Design we prefer to use NZ Couriers to deliver our products.
For our Australian customers you can choose from Australia Post or Courier with DHL. DHL is the faster option as sometimes AP can have long delays.
All Courier delivery times, tracking and delivery services are per their operations and processes.
Our Shipping costs include packaging to protect your special cargo!
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please visit their website once you have this information to query your delivery.
If you do not have your track and trace information yet, please contact us.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Post Haste Couriers website once you receive your tracking email.
All rural deliveries are non-signature. They will get delivered within 48 hours of the tracking status showing ‘Delivered’.
Most of our items are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks of receiving your payment, but if for some reason we cannot to do this we will email you.
Please note that while we do our best to get your order to you on time this can sometimes be out of our control. We can not be held responsible for the Courier not delivering your order on time. This is in the couriers terms and conditions. An email with your tracking information is sent to your email once your order is dispatched and you can track it's progress from there.
